Tezu & adjoining districts may face complete blackout
TEZU,
27 April: Erratic power scenario continuously hit the township causing
much inconvenience to its citizens. The most reliable 132 KV Ranganadi
power generation traversing all through Hoj – Aalo – Pasighat – Roing –
Tezu – Namsai remained cut off since yesterday affecting acute crisis to
the Eastern Districts of Arunachal. According to the Power Division
Lohit, the major fault in the 132 KV line between Aalo (West Siang)
& Pasighat (East Siang) is yet to be discovered, So to meet up the
crisis power supply from 33 KV Rupai is managing”, informs Hage Gumto EE
Power.
The
33 KV voltage statuses practically failed to satisfy the consumer due to
serious load shedding. Even the LED bulb which needs low voltage failed
to glow. At the same time increasing temperature has added another owe
Fan, Refrigerator, Cooler and all electric gadgets found in dumped

future of these districts will remain disturb, he adds.
It
needs to be mentioned here that unless, 132 KV Chapakhowa (Sadiya) –
Roing through Rupai (Assam) is not completed, the power scenario will
remain as usual. The Superintendent of Power Lohit anticipated
completing the new injection project by the coming winter.
